This week, the Kansas City Business Journal ranks the area?s top public golf courses based on slope rating.
For the full list, subscribers can take a look at the print edition of the Kansas City Business Journal. Slope rating is a USGA measure of the relative difficulty of a course for players who aren?t scratch golfers. The list also includes course ratings, yardage, year opened, amenities, contact information and a re-ranking based on rounds played in 2012. (Subscribers, click here for the digital edition.)
This week?s edition also includes re-rankings based on green fees and year opened, other area golf courses whose slope ratings are smaller than those on the list, and a list of private golf courses.
